- To make a provisional booking, please contact us either by email using the Availability Enquiry Form below or by telephone on (00 44) (0)7050 252 707 (UK mobile).
- To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-refundable Deposit of 50% of the total cost of your holiday, along with a signed Booking Form. A copy of the Booking Form will be sent to you once you have made a provisional booking.
- A refundable Security Deposit for every week (or part week) of the rental period is also required and should be sent with the Booking Form. We ask for 200€ per week for Le Palmier, Le Pressoir & La Pergola. We ask for 500€ per week for La Mirabelle.
- As soon as your signed Booking Form, Deposit and Security Deposit have been received, we shall send you a Unique Booking Reference Number which is the confirmation of your booking.
- Payment of the final balance should be made no later than 16 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
- Your Booking Form can be faxed directly to (00 44) (0)207 900 3080 or a scanned copy can be sent by email to: info@gitesinangles.com
- Prices may sometimes be changed at the owners’ discretion.
- Prices are advertised in GBP, but payments are taken and invoiced in Euros at the exchange rate displayed on your invoice.
- Credit card payments are accepted but are subject to a 3% surcharge.
