- Please check the current availability of your chosen villa on our Availability Chart.
- To make a provisional booking, please contact us either by email using the Availability Enquiry Form below or by telephone on (00 44) (0)7050 50 44 22 (UK) or (00 33) (0)6 45 08 75 77 (France).
- To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-refundable Deposit of 50% of the total cost of your holiday, along with a signed Booking Form. A copy of the Booking Form will be sent to you once you have made a provisional booking.
- A refundable Security Deposit of 500€ for every week (or part week) of the rental period is also required and should be sent with the Booking Form.
- As soon as your signed Booking Form, Deposit and Security Deposit have been received, we shall send you a Unique Booking Reference Number which is the confirmation of your booking.
- Payment of the final balance should be made no later than 16 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
- Your Booking Form can be faxed directly to (00 44) (0)207 900 3080 or a scanned copy can be sent by email to: info@gitesinangles.co.uk
- Prices may sometimes be changed at the owners’ discretion.
- Prices are advertised in GBP, but payments are taken and invoiced in Euros at the exchange rate displayed on your invoice.
- Credit card payments are accepted but are subject to a 2% surcharge.
