La Mirabelle is a spacious 5-bedroom detached villa with a child-friendly garden, a private heated and fenced swimming pool and a heated toddler pool. Well-equipped and furnished, the villa can accommodate up to 13 guests, plus babies. La Mirabelle is built on one level, with two of the five bedrooms are one side of the villa’s centrally located living area; the other three bedrooms are on another side of the property. This layout guarantees privacy and space for everybody. The children’s playroom is on a mezzanine with a stair gate. There is ample parking and secure electronic gates at the front of the villa.

This villa has a private fenced and heated 11m x 5m swimming pool, as well as a fenced and heated toddler pool, garden swing/slide play equipment, a sandpit, table-tennis table, swing ball, a badminton/volleyball net. La Mirabelle also has an indoor TV/playroom, an X-box 360 with "Kinect Dance Central", lots of family and children’s videos & DVDs (around 100!), UK TV channels, a "home cinema" projector with a huge 2-metre screen, a Wii console with Wii sports supplied (great on the big screen), Sony surround sound, a "Bose" iPod charging docking station, internet access, Jacuzzi baths and a 5- burner range cooker!
La Mirabelle specifically caters for families with children. We have an extensive library of children’s books, videos and DVDs, lots of board games, toys, dressing-up clothes, train sets, building blocks and a dolls house.
For families travelling with young babies, we supply a steriliser, a bottle warmer, a travel cot, blackout blinds, a changing mat, a baby bath, a bouncer, crockery & cutlery, a food blender, a high chair and a pushchair.
"Home cinema" sitting room (23.6ft x 23.6ft including open-plan kitchen): the sitting room is light & airy, has double-height ceilings and a cosy wood-burning stove. The room’s 3-metre patio doors enhance the indoor-outdoor living experience. The sitting room has a projector "home cinema" TV, which is equipped with UK TV channels so you never have to miss your favourite soap! You can also use the Wii console (Wii sports supplied) or the X-box 360 with "Kinect Dance Central", guaranteeing fun for the whole family. Remember to bring your favourite games from home, as well - a great experience on the big screen!

In your villa you will find a list of our "Top 10 Things to do with the Kids" in and around Angles, including local adventure parks, theme parks and water parks. There are also reviews of over 20 restaurants in the surrounding area, along with detailed information about sporting & leisure activities nearby, local events and plenty of ideas for entertaining the children. We even have some recommendations "just for the grown-ups"!
Open-plan kitchen (23.6ft x 23.6ft including "home cinema" sitting room): the superbly appointed kitchen has a light and airy, double-height ceiling. It has been meticulously furnished and equipped with two large kitchen tables seating up to 14 people, a 5-burner range cooker (great to cook on for a large group), a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, two dishwashers and a washing machine. Those little extras: La Mirabelle is a self-catering holiday home so you will need to bring/buy basic essentials. In order to make things a little easier for your arrival, however, we are delighted to offer you an initial complimentary supply of essentials, including tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, kitchen foil, clingfilm, salt & pepper pots, kitchen towels and toilet rolls.

The two master bedrooms both have an en suite jacuzzi bathroom and double patio doors leading out to the sunny patio and gardens. The twin bedroom has an en suite shower room with a double hand basin (the twin beds can be converted into a double bed, if required). The triple bedroom has one set of bunk beds and a full-size adult bed. The quad bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.
All bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied for each guest named on the booking form. All the beds in La Mirabelle are made up ready for your arrival with 100% cotton linen. Pool/beach towels, also 100% cotton, can be hired from us should you wish to save a bit of extra space in your luggage. Please ask us for more details. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and an over-bath shower unit. The second master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140cm) and has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. This bathroom has both an over-bath shower unit and a separate shower cubicle with multi-jets. Both en suite bathrooms have glass double hand basins.

Children’s TV/playroom (23.5ft x 12.6ft): The kids will just love this special space to play in – and with half-height ceilings, it certainly makes a good "den"! The room is stuffed with toys, such as train sets, building blocks, a dolls house, games, puzzles, dressing-up clothes & shoes... There are also two large comfortable sofas and a television with UK TV channels, plus a video & DVD player. Adjacent to the villa is a decked terrace shaded by an extendable, motorised awning. The terrace is equipped with two picnic-style benches for dining alfresco. There is even a kiddie-size table with chairs for smaller children. La Mirabelle : relax and sunbathe by the private pool [click to enlarge]Private swimming pool: the private, heated swimming pool (32ft x 16ft) is surrounded by a decked terrace and flat lawns. Ample sunloungers and shady parasols have been provided for relaxing with a good book and sunbathing. The shallow end of the pool is only 3’6" deep (i.e. shallower than normal), so young children can stand in the water easily. They can also play on the wide steps which lead down into the water at the shallow end. The deep end is just over 5ft deep.
Next to the main pool, there is a small, heated toddler pool, which babies and toddlers will love to splash around in. The main pool and the baby pool are fully enclosed by a safety fence and a lockable safety gate.
