Le Pressoir has air-conditioned bedrooms, comfortable beds, a "home cinema" projector TV with motorised screen, UK TV channels, a Wii console with interactive family games, internet access, an iPod docking station, Jacuzzi baths and a 5-burner range cooker. Also provided: a huge range of books (for all ages), videos, magazines, swingball in the garden for family tournaments, use of a wonderful 12m x 6m shared heated and fenced swimming pool (a great chance to meet and play with new friends) and a toddler pool slide. For extra security, the pool is securely fenced and has a lockable gate.
The villa has three levels: an upper ground floor, a ground floor and a lower ground floor (semi-basement). From the ground floor, there are three steps up to the upper ground floor and seven steps down to the lower ground floor. Stair gates have been fitted to all the staircases, ensuring peace of mind for parents.

Le Pressoir is equipped with a projector TV "home cinema" and a large motorised screen, UK TV channels, an iPod docking station, an internet connection and a Wii console with Wii Sports supplied, but do remember to bring your own games as well because it’s great to experience them on the big screen!

There is also a bookcase with an excellent choice of top-title family and children’s films, together with lots of great books for babies, children, teens and adults, including fiction, romances, thrillers and autobiographies. Lots of children’s toys are also provided, such as train sets, building blocks, dressing up clothes with princess slippers plus much, much more...

Those little extras: Le Pressoir is a self-catering holiday home so you will need to bring/buy basic essentials. In order to make things a little easier for your arrival, however, we are delighted to offer you an initial complimentary supply of essentials, including tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, kitchen foil, clingfilm, salt & pepper pots, kitchen towels and toilet rolls.
For the little ones we provide: a high chair, travel cot, changing mat, pushchair, along with essentials such as a microwave steriliser, bottle warmer, food blender, themed place mats and children’s crockery & cutlery.

Le Pressoir : bedroom with twin beds or a double bed [click to enlarge]The twin bedroom has two adult-size, orthopaedic-quality single beds, along with a large antique wardrobe and a bookcase stacked with children’s toys and books (including lots of bedtime stories). For more than four adults sharing, the single beds can be made into one double bed. (Please note that there is no window in the twin bedroom.) The triple bedroom has one adult-size single bed and a bunk bed, leaving more room for the children to play (especially when the train track is assembled)!
Le Pressoir has two family bathrooms – one on the ground floor, one on the lower-ground-floor. On both floors the bathrooms are located between the master bedroom and children’s bedrooms (called "Jack & Jill" bathrooms). This is an ideal arrangement for families who are sharing because there is a private bathroom on both floors. Le Pressoir’s private outdoor eating area is accessible via a few steps leading down from the sitting room and then out to the terrace, garden and pool area (a stair gate has been fitted). Here you can enjoy the 4m x 5m gazebo, which creates welcome shade during the summer months. You can all eat together on the terrace at the picnic-style table and benches. Alternatively, the adults can relax and enjoy some peace and quiet during their meal whilst the kids sit alongside at a "kiddie-size" table!
Le Pressoir : the garden [click to enlarge]Partially laid to lawn, the garden overlooks the pool and is surrounded by mature plants, trees, shrubs and flowers. A chimney-style barbecue has been provided to ensure that you can cook outside in style. A 1.8-metre-high fence and a large palm tree screen the garden from the neighbouring Le Palmier.
Swimming pool area: the shared 12m x 6m swimming pool with toddler pool slide is surrounded by decked areas (150m²) which are equipped with ample sunloungers for sunbathing. Set back from the pool is a raised, decked terrace with café-style tables & chairs. Shaded by a large walnut tree, this is a great place for the kids to play out of the sun.
The pool has been specifically designed and built with children’s enjoyment in mind and has both a safety fence and a lockable child safety gate, which opens directly into Le Pressoir’s garden.
The shallow end is only 1.05m deep (i.e. shallower than normal), so young children can stand in the water easily. The swimming pool is shared between our three properties (Le Palmier, Le Pressoir & La Pergola), so it’s a great opportunity for the kids to meet and play with new friends!
