- Winter lets in Le Palmier, Le Pressoir & La Pergola:
- Long winter lets are welcome from mid-October to mid-April each year.
- Rental price for 1 month: £995 p.c.m. + utility bills
- Rental price for 2 months: £750 p.c.m. + utility bills
- Rental price for 3+ months: £500 p.c.m. + utility bills
- Prices for winter lets are based on one family sharing (i.e. 2 adults + up to 4 children). Additional guests are charged at 10€ per person per night. Guests must be named on your Booking Form and acceptance must be confirmed in writing by the owners.
- Winter let prices may also depend on the season (please see our Availability page) and may sometimes be changed at the owners’ discretion.
- Winter let prices are advertised in GBP but payments are invoiced and taken in Euros.
